new year's eve

so it's new year's eve.. no one is really celebrating... or so i think. more ppl are found dead. i've been reading the star front-to-back for stories on the tsunami victims. i dont really read papers... i should. even my younger sister reads the paper... more than i do. anyhow... not really doing anything today. probaby just a dinner outing with me family. i'm not gonna much of those soon. my dad is moving to Penang end of January. so... this is further than before. the last time was Ipoh. that wasnt too bad. while he was there... he brought us to kuala kangsar. i saw MCKK...hehehe. went to Lumut... but no Pangkor. went a ship, it was called Hang Lekiu, i think. went to Grik. hhmmm... so now it's Penang. another 2 hours further than Ipoh. at least i get to go to Langkawi...yay!!! hopefully things wil be better then.

i came up with a few (a few cukuplah!) Commandments, that i have to follow for next year. (i hope!) and it starts tomorrow... oh no!!!!

i shall be emotionally strong

(takleh nangis2 lagi.... and be more serious in my relatioship!)

i shall be fit

(must slim down and lose about 5 kilos more)

i must face my challenges

(cannot be lazy anymore... if boss give more work, must do it!)

i shall be more patient

(cannot fight with siblings and OH anymore. i shall try my damnest!)

i shall be independent

(have to do my errands alone... dont need anyone to teman anymore. i'm such a coward!)

and oh... i have decided to walk to work... well not all the way from home. more from the parking lot to office. but... i decided further than where i used to park. since i work in mont kiara, i would park along the main road. now i gonna park opposite projet in hartamas and walk from there. it's not that far... about 5 minutes walk. plus i need all the exercise i can get. and it's free!!

another option was to park at plaza mont kiara's open space parking which cost 60 bucks.. i mean ringgit and i still have to walk. about 5 minutes too. so i say.. free free free. i can buy a top from blook with that 60 bucks.. i mean ringgit.

so happy to new year to all. let's pray for the tsunami victims and hope that next year will a tsunami-free year!

i am now gonna enjoy my air kelapa laut!

this sucks...

this sucks... i cant make bloody changes on this blog... and i'm super duper hungry!!! my OH is still sleeping... and i'm very, very hungry.

christmas party - was good. food was great. at least, i think so. drinks were ok. i dont really drink...i guess i wouldnt know. the cocktail was nice. it tasted like diluted fruit cocktail syrup...so i had a few of those. everybody was so high and roudy (is that how u spell it??) i went back early... the next was a working day...plus i didnt feel like staying any longer. so... i heard a few of my colleagues got really drunk was puking at the end of it. something i'm sure i want to miss... (it's ok xana... takpe...)

weekend - was also good. slept almost the whole day an saturday. kinda twisted my neck friday nite.. had a headache coz of that... went too bed early on friday. oh yeah.. had dinner at bayou.. watched a bit of Music Canteen Christmas Bash... then went home. it was mei yen's last day. sob... sob. anyway, saturday - woke at 10.30 am. did my chores... watched TV... nigella's christmas thing and the naked chef... i love cooking shows... especially theirs!!! they make cooking look really easy. i havent really tried any of the recipes... but i will.. in due time..hehehe.. by 2.30 pm...slept... again. woke at 4 plus. went to see my OH around 5pm. went out for dinner at pelita..yum..yum sedap!!! balik tido!!

sunday - went out lish and shiou voon. bought a dress for my officemate's wedding. it;s nice... i MUST MUST do sit ups until friday. my tummy is really BIG!!! malu je try the dress with my bulging tummy. came back... my brother was saying that Langkawi was hit with tsunami. i was like wat!? tsunami in malaysia!? u must be kidding.. then.. i watched the news... hehhe... betul rupenyer... anyways... hope the ppl are ok. at least i know my good fren there is fine (i think?!).

so monday.. more news.. more ppl dead... it's sad. had lots of pau for dinner.

we're gonna have a christmas party today at alexis, bangsar!!! yay!! free food!!!

today is a boring day... like always... i need to do something...hhmmm...why not i blog a couple of lines... hhmmm... couple... the band... didnt get to watch them at 'rock the worls 5'... too bad for me... but i went to watch the batik fashion show... loads of queer ppl... faggots and so on... how do they do it? how do they become so creative... y cant the faggots be a more manly like de oh-so-fine bernard chandran!!! he's gorgeous!!!

on another note ( a totally different one!)... i think i'm a blog-reading-addict. not good!

shutter...shutter...shutter...

i watched shutter yesterday... u guys should watch it too. it's really scary and full of suspense. it was great! best gilerrrr...hehehe... the chow guy from kung fu hustle was at gsc midvalley. the place jammed packed man!!! after the movie, went to have dinner at jakes@ medan damansara. by the time i got there, blackout. so i had to eat by the candle light. how romantic...sheesh... was really hungry. i only had thosai for lunch... even before i went to the movie, my stomach was having an orchestra. so u can imagine how hungry i was by the time the movie ended... plus you need loads of energy to watch the movie. you are on the edge of your seat, let's say about 95% of the whole time...

so..enuff about the movie... back to me... hahaha... where did i stop the last time..2000

i spoke to an old friend last nite... very freshing i must say. felt good to talk to him after a long, long time. felt relieved coz all this while i was too afraid to call him. now that's over and done with... i can now move with life. i feel stronger... emotionally stronger in a way. then this morning, another old friend message to say that he's back in town. wow!!...he never used to do that.

so that's that. last nite was uneventful...spent my time at home. didnt go out...watched tv... did my chores...prepared my resumes... it was kinda nice to stay at home once in a while. read my book...

i actually wrote down in my notebook.. a re-cap of my life from the age of 18 up till now...

--> my tok kecik past away early in the year...March, i think. the whole time she was in the hospital...i only visited her once. i am (still am..) afraid of hospitals and clinics... went to see her with A at HUKM

--> was staying at kelompok Murni, i think. 1st SEM - with Dal, Anne. 2nd SEM - moved out. stayed in BGR with Marisa and Aishah

just another day

my friend got married... wedding reception was really nice. was at Eastin Hotel. she looked really good despite the fact that she has gone thinner... she must be really happy. anyhow...met friends.. have to go back early. s+%^id other half wanted to play futsal at 11pm. so i didnt get to take pictures with her at the pelamin :(

last saturday... went to see the finals of the Piala Seri Endon 2004...the batik thing. as tired as i was... i still went. with my mom. met her friends there. waited for 1 1/2 hrs for the bloody thing to start. had to wait for the permaisuri agung to arrive. jeez.... and mom rushed me right after work just to wait for 11/2 hrs. the show was good. i was amazed that u could a lot with batik. and these ppl are really creative... yelah.. if not they wont be called designers. anyhow, after the show... saw sazzy doing her show. then went back... fell asleep. woke up. went to see OH and then balik tido.

sunday... went to OU twice. went there the first time with shiou voon.. bought ocean's 12 tickets...hung around for a while then send her back... went back to OU again to see tasha and hud and jazdee and rizal. havent seen the guy for a year. remember last seeing him Dec03/Jan04 (i think)..then he went back to Aussie...and now it's Dec04...how time flies! after that, watch Ocean's 12 at OU , of course. cool story. i didnt watch Ocean's 11... so i was kinda blur during the earlier part of the movie. but it was really funny! guys who havent seen it...should watch it. and i wanna watch shutter!!!!

so now...i'm at the office... baru kena kantoi with my superior. heheh... die sakit so she went to the back to lie down. poor her...so.. my story will end here... coz there's nothing to write now... life is boring...

oh yeah ..new year resolutions!!!

MY NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS
--> to clear my debts by June 2005... (tulah...nak lagi credit card banyak banyak!!)
--> to start reading at least a book a month ( i think i'm getting dumb... my general knowledge is like ZERO!!)
--> start going out with friends (which means spending less time with OH...hhmm...boleh kot...)
--> try paintball/archery (i have a year to achive this...)
--> gym...gym...gym (need to lose that extra fat on my thigh!!!)

i'm sure i have more...but they are kinda of unrealistic.. not worth writing down. anyhow...

+ Marisa's akad tonight! went to see last night. the place was really nice... the mom did the hantaran... she looks worn. poor girl. had fun talking to her last night. told ghost stories... i almost didnt go home last night. thank god for the gossip session i initiated... werent for that... i'd probably had slept over and had to wake super early today!
+ have a few resolutions for 2005. one of them is to start writing a dairy. i think i shall just blog. i would be diary if i choose not to publish it.... we'll see.
